Notes for Applicant

All activities of 2023 CAD Career Open Day are free of charge. Participants are requested to apply online. Priority will be given to post-secondary, tertiary and university students.

The activities of 2023 CAD Career Open Day will be conducted in Cantonese supplemented by English.

  1. The quotas of the activities are as follows:

    • Career Talks: 200 participants per session

    • ATC Tower Simulator Demonstration: 20 participants for each 15-minute session

    • Education Path Guided Tour: 60 participants per session

  2. Application for 2023 CAD Career Open Day activities shall be made by submitting the completed application form online.

    3. Please contact us by phone at 2910 6352 or by email to cadopenday@cad.gov.hk if you need assistance in filling in the application forms.

  3. Deadline for submission of application is 31 March 2023. Priority will be given to post-secondary, tertiary and university students. CAD will inform successful applicants by email as soon as possible. CAD reserves the right to make final decision in the event of any dispute.

  4. Successful applicants of "ATC Tower Simulator Demonstration" shall produce the confirmation email issued by CAD before entering the simulator.

  5. All participants are held responsible for their personal safety and the safe custody of their personal belongings. CAD will not be liable for and shall not compensate for any personal loss or damage.

  6. Participants should follow any instructions given by CAD and their staff during the conduct of 2023 CAD Career Open Day. CAD may reject participants from participating in the activities should they refuse to follow instructions.

  7. The personal data collected by CAD are only used for the processing of application and communication purposes.

  8. CAD reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel the activities of 2023 CAD Career Open Day.

  9. Inclement Weather Arrangement:

    CAD Career Open Day will be cancelled whenever the following weather warning(s) is(are) issued by the Hong Kong Observatory:

    • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above; or

    • Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
